Hannah Carlsrud, LMHCA

Psychotherapist

About me

I approach building a therapeutic relationship from a supportive and collaborative place. While it can be hard, I believe reaching out for help is a sign of strength, and I’m here to guide you in finding tangible strategies to manage your stress and struggles. I believe in our inherent ability to process your experiences and offer compassion, honesty, and a non-judgmental space for healing.

I provide individual and couples counseling, as well as pre-marital counseling. As a mom and therapist, I understand the unique struggle parents face in this season of life and specialize in perinatal time, which includes fertility issues, pregnancy support, and postpartum work. I also specialize in working with first responders and military personnel.

I utilize interventions from EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman therapy.
