About me
I believe that each of us are on a journey of growth and healing, and sometimes we need support in navigating the experiences life throw at us. I specialize in working with adolescents and adult, with a focus on eating disorders and body image, anxiety and depression, and emotional dysregulation. We will work together to build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and identify practical tools to navigate the stressors you are struggling with.
I provide individual and couples therapy and utilize interventions from CBT, DBT, ACT, and other strength-based modalities.
